This week, Metroblogging sites around the globe are offering up gifts their city has given the world. There is a lot Arizona and the valley has gifted the world. Presented here are our choices:

César Chávez

César Estrada Chávez was born in Yuma , Arizona (near the California and Mexico border) in 1927. He was the co-founder of the National Farm Workers Association which later joined with Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee to create the United Farm Workers union. Chavez was a leading voice for migrant farm workers. He was a complicated man in complicated times. yet, the efforts of his work led to changes in the working conditions of agricultural workers.

Best Job Search Strategies?

What is the best way to job search in Phoenix? Of my last few gigs two came from personal referrals and one from a website. There are a lot of employment websites and I wonder how successful folks have been using them. I know a couple of people have had great success from Craigslist. Is old school networking still the best way or has Job Search 2.0 replaced it?

No, I watched the game I reply. They are better than the record. Matt is money. The defense did fantastic.

Did you see the game? They played their hearts out. One play here, one more break there and this team is a legitimate 4-2.

Can someone answer this? Why punt with about 1:30 left on the clock? Yes, it is 4th and 23. But do you really expect to get the ball back? Why not call a red 16 option right or whatever…
