    Targosz was unprofessional and had a tendency to use excessive force, especially with female suspects. Hopefully he will be replaced with a man who can handle the job.

    Steve was arrested by Officer Targosz for Drunk Driving. That’s why he is mad and bitter…he also likes to wear women’s dresses from what I have heard…
