Granted, I work for the hosting organization so I’m probably somewhat biased, but SMoCA nights at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art last night was great fun as usual. It makes for a loooooong work day when you get in at 8am and work an event after your regular job that doesn’t close up shop until 1am, but it’s worth it. The people watching alone is fantastic. And I guess it doesn’t really feel like working when there are interesting people milling about and good conversation being spewed back and forth and music coming out of a band and deejays and a fashion show to wrap it up. My eyes are about to roll out of my sockets today, I’m so tired, but if anyone is interested, check out past events here.

Crap, missed that one. I get emails from SMoCA and I always make a mental note to attend SMoCA Nights but forget. Went to a few years back, good time.
