Me + Frank and Charlie’s = Love 4-Ever

We love Frank and Charlie’s Wood Fire Grill. They’re always sending us discounts in the mail for free dinners and birthday surprises and whatnot. We’ve got some card that earns points too, and I think that gets us even more dinner surprises. They’ve even got a free coupon online for 15% off your total bill. The waitstaff are completely honest and personable as well. It’s like our secret neighborhood dining establishment. All the food is homemade and amazing. They’ve got all you can eat snow crab on Mondays and shrimp on Tuesdays and two-for-one specials at happy hour. Literally, you can’t beat this place.

Awesome, this place is only a few miles from my house. I’ll have to check it out. Thanks for the tip!

My issue is that it always seems like the good restaurants are in the East Valley. Does anyone know of some decent restaurants in the west or more specifically the southwest valley?

I am tired of the corporate madness…

I would like to say that the new owners of Frank & Charlie’s needed to take some lessons from the previous owners Jeff and Layla. Tonight at the all you can eat crab legs, after 3 refills my husband and I were told that they had run out of crab legs. I asked to speak to the manager and out comes on of the owners. He said to me that “You have had 20 servings don’t you think that is enough” This is not a joke he actually said that to me. And in a voice loud enough for most of the other patrons to hear. I had three refills which is about 10 small clusters. I said I can not believe you just said that to me, and he said what? So I repeated it back to him and he said he was sorry he had offended me. I asked him to please leave my table which he did. Is this how they treat all customers? If so I can safely say they won’t be in business long. He said they advertise that when they run out they run out. I asked to see the advertizing and he stated it was in the newspaper. I have looked everywhere and in all the advertising there is no restrictions. I have printed out a copy of the ad to send to him as well as the newstation. I will never go back to this restraunt and I hope you choose another as well. Frank & Charlie’s new owners bring rudeness to a new level.
