I heard a report on the radio that Senator Kyl was criticizing governments for not being better prepared for the disaster. (Here’s a link to an article about the same thing on AzCentral.) It struck me that while it’s useful to look at how things are being handled and how they might be handled better, maybe now is not the best time. But what I really want to know is, what are Phoenix’s plans for disaster. How would WE evacuate if we need to? Because frankly, the thought of a few million people trying to leave the valley all at once is scary.
