They’re even air-conditioned. And if you’re age 6 to 18 and live in Tempe, you can ride FREE this summer on all regional and local Valley Metro bus routes. Call the Tempe Transit office at 480-350-2775 or visit www.tempe.gov/tim for more information.

(If you’re any other age, Tempe sometimes runs the buses for free for major events such as the recent fireworks at Tempe Town Lake. It’s pretty cheap to ride when it’s not free too, and much more relaxing than being stuck in traffic.)
